PAYMENTS
Please note all payments are made via Payfast. You can pay with your debit or credit Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. Registration fee payment will be verified by the congress organiser. Confirmation of registration will be confirmed via email that includes a proof of payment. No attendance will be permitted without full payment received and confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS
Written cancellations received by email (email to: conference@medixeed.com) received more than FORTY-FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS prior to the congress start date are fully refundable. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than FORTY-FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS prior to the congress. You will be charged the full amount and be liable to make the necessary payment. No refunds will be paid for non-attendance of the congress.

SUBSITUTIONS
Substitutions for IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE are allowed, provided the congress organisers are notified in writing, more than TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS (Monday through to Friday) prior to the event.

• Substitute registrations are welcomed if it is for the same registration type.
• There is no additional charge for substitutions requested more than TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS (Monday through to Friday) prior to the event. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS OF THE EVENT.
• Substitution requests must be submitted in writing, accompanied by written permission from the original registrant. Substitute delegate must submit NEW registration form more than TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS prior to the event. (Request DELEGATES registration form: conference@medixeed.com).

PRIVACY POLICY
The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) commenced on 01 July 2021 after a one-year grace period. The purpose of the act is to protect how your data is used, stored, and processed. The information you submitted for the purposes of registration and attendance will not be shared with any third parties. You will be added to future mailing lists for relevant and appropriate events, from which you may opt-out at any time.
